Seller Has Not Shipped

The seller keeps making excuses about ship date, what do I do?

We allow a seller 5 days to ship out an item. Please do not assume the worst till after 5 days.

  1. Give the seller time, life happens. Most scammers won't respond to you at all. Ask the seller when he can ship.
  2. If the seller agreed on a ship date and has not responded for a substantial amount of time, start a dispute and ⁠open-a-ticket.
  3. If the seller continues to avoid shipment and you feel uncomfortable, request a transaction cancellation.
  4. If the seller refuses to cancel the transaction, start a dispute with your transaction method to either get a refund or force the seller to refund you, canceling the transaction.

Remember, if using Paypal you have 180 days to start a dispute, so you've got plenty of time to wait before losing your chance to receive a refund.
