Returns
Sellers are not required to accept returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., no longer wanting the item). However, items that are not as described, arrived damaged, or have missing parts must be accepted as a return. It is recommended that sellers purchase insurance equal to the item’s value to cover potential issues during shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
- For Buyer’s Remorse (e.g., no longer wanted): If the buyer decides they no longer want the item, and the seller is willing to accept a return, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
- For Items Not as Described, Damaged, or Missing Parts: If the item does not match the description, arrives damaged, or has missing parts, the seller is responsible for the return shipping.
Can I send my item back to the seller right away?
- Do not refuse delivery or ship back an item without reaching out to the seller and confirming they accept the return.
- If a seller does not cooperate, or respond, reach out to the moderation team on Reddit or Discord, depending where the trade originated.
How does a return work?
- Buyer is required to provide all necessary information, such as additional timestamps and/or benchmarks, of the item that is not described.
- If you can not come to an agreement, please reach out to the moderation team though Reddit Modmail or Discord Ticket, depending on the platform the trade originated.
- You are allowed to open a return on PayPal to request a return. However, you are not to open a claim/dispute till after contact has been attempted and failed with the seller, and staff have been informed.
- When do I get my refund?
- Once the return is received and inspected by the seller, or the seller decides to issue a refund without a return.
